Scope and Definition of Work Responsibility 

P & F Distributors (P&F) Scope and Definition of Work Responsibility are stated below.  P&F is a Supplier of HDPE Pipe, Fittings, and Fusion Equipment. P&F is NOT a Licensed Contractor.  Any reference to Contractor on the Customer’s standard contract is accepted as ‘standard language’ and is used in reference to one that contracts or is party to a contract.  A copy of the Scope and Definition of Work Responsibility document can be downloaded in the link below.  Please contact us with any questions:

HDPE Pipe & Fittings

P & F Distributors (P&F) sells HDPE products based upon Approved Submittals. ï‚·

  • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL TAKEOFF ï‚·

  • Pricing is based on quantities quoted.  Quantity changes or partial shipments may result in price changes.  All pipe quoted is subject to prior sale.

 

Fusion Equipment & Services

P&F also sells, rents, and services McElroy fusion equipment.  We are an Authorized Distributor and an Authorized Service Center for McElroy fusion machines. ï‚·

  • Rental Maintenance – Customer shall at its own cost and expense, repair and maintain the rented equipment so as to keep the same in good and safe operating condition as when delivered by P & F Distributors to Customer; ordinary wear and tear from use and ordinary deterioration excepted. ï‚·

  • Fusion Training & Certification – We offer classes at our facilities or on your site. ï‚·

  • Fusion Technicians – All P&F Fusion Technicians are factory trained by Performance Pipe & McElroy Manufacturing.  They will train on site until your crew has demonstrated competency and efficiency in fusion techniques.  P&F can also provide a Technician to operate the equipment related to the fusion operation only.  P&F is responsible for the fusion joint only.  Furthermore, the Customer agrees, understands, and acknowledges that P & F Distributors is acting solely as an Equipment Lessor and is not performing any tasks that would require a license issued by the Contractors State License Board.  A Technician is provided on the condition that he or she is under the sole control of the Customer, who is a properly Licensed Contractor.
